I LOVE it! The only thing I'm not thrilled about is that there is now a new one that is much cheaper. Grrrrr........It figures. I like not having to carry around an ipod and a cell phone because I hook up my ipod to my stereo in my car. It's so much easier than having CDs. I love the calendar feature because being a mother of 4 kids and a substitute teacher I have loads of stuff on there. I like the email feature, but obviously lots of phones have that now. The camera actually takes really good pictures. It would be better if you could zoom on it, though. I also like some of the new apps they have for it. To her, breaking out meant ripping a 3x4 print off my easel of a pencil drawing of a still life I had been working on for about a week, hawkin a loogie on it, smearing it all around, then crumpling the whole thing up, then finally, unraveling it & handing it back to me = "go at it now". I was in shock, but it did leave an impression. I also had my fair share of prof's that that seemed to live to just tear ya up durin class crit's, which, ultimately, improved my design style & thought process - I developed a "back that thang up" mentality which began long before I began working on stuff...."If you fail to plan.....you can plan on failing" still echoes in my head....Also, the prof's who told me they thought I couldn't cut it in the real world, only pissed me off so I buckled down even harder at the time just to prove them wrong - & that initial push got the ball rolling for me to have the passion & dedication & pride in craftmanship my work. oh man – spot on. i had a prof that hated my drawing style (ultra realistic, true to form…) – & she wanted me to break out with more style.
